“We are honoured to be recognised at this level, and we remain committed to inclusive growth and excellence. I’m more committed than ever to expanding opportunities for young women entering the construction and civil engineering space. At VEA Roads, we’re proud that 50% of our workforce is made up of women, not because of targets, but because it’s our standard. I want to challenge my peers in the industry to step up, rethink their hiring practices, and invest intentionally in developing female talent. Transformation can’t be a slogan; it must be action. If we want a stronger, more innovative sector, we must build it together, and that starts with empowering women at every level.”
These wins reflect the company’s collaborative, high-performance culture and its contributions to sustainable, dignified public infrastructure.
